We have all heard the stats where Facebook gets compared to various populations of countries the world over and other such comparisons. Now lets take a look at what this social networking platform would look like if it were an actual landmass.
According to this infographic the islands represent the most dominant Facebook Pages and the landmasses the applications itself (nice visual to show how apps are taking over; especially Zynga, who have Farmville and other such games under their belt.
Interestingly, this also takes a look at the value of a fan; at a value of $136.38 Michael Jackson’s Page, for example, has an estimated value of $1.8 billion(!). And what made us chuckle was the cost of productivity and how this would look if it were a monetary value. This visual states that if all 200 million users spend an average of 55 minutes a day on the platform, and that if they were to charge $5 an hour for this, they would collectively earn $916,000,000.
