A ton (probably literally) of Lego bricks are heading to South Africa for the world’s largest Lego exhibition.

The Art of Brick exhibition, which features about 70 Lego sculptures and wall hangings by artist Nathan Sawaya, will be in Johannesburg in May 2015 and in Cape Town this December.

The exhibition boasts a T-Rex sculpture made from more than 80 000 brick and towers over 6m. In addition to the awesome sculptures, the exhibition will feature a PS4 gaming area where you will be able to play the new Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham and a Lego building area.

The Art of Brick has partnered with the JAG Foundation to allow children from underprivileged communities to visit the exhibition for free.

The exhibition has been all over the globe from London to Australia and soon you will be able to experience it for yourself for about R140 a ticket.
