Fans just couldn’t let the idea of a Frozen 2 go and Disney heard the cries of millions of girls around the world. Who could blame them? According to BoxOfficeMojo, Frozen has made about $1.3 billion world-wide and has captured the hearts of many children and parents alike.
Frozen Fever will be a 7-minute short film and will feature some of our favourite characters like Elsa, Anna and Olof. The short will show a softer side to Elsa, following her attempts to throw the perfect birthday party for her younger sister, Anna. But Elsa is hindered during her intense preparations by getting a cold. Excitement and lots of laughs follows her and the gangs attempts to make Anna‘s birthday a special occasion.
The new short film will also feature a brand new catchy tune, written by the same guys who wrote the popular song “Let It Go”. Perhaps parents around the world will be able to get a break from the previous film’s popular song. Frozen Fever will be screened before Disney’s upcoming Cinderella live-action remake, which is set to be released in March 2015.
