The long anticipated trailer for the new Star Wars game, Star Wars: Battlefront premiered last week at Star Wars Celebration.

It was also confirmed that Star Wars: Battlefront will be available in November 2015 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The game will allow you to play in competitive multi-player mode (up to 40-person) or single player mode.

Star Wars: Battlefront 1

What makes this game from Electronic Arts so special is that Lucasfilm teamed up with EA to recreate the entire game by using official photos from the movies. This means that it is one of the most realistic recreations of the Star Wars universe in a game and it truly feels like you are submerged into a galaxy far, far away. You will be able to travel to iconic planets from the Star Wars universe like Tatooine, Endor and a new unexplored planet called Sullust and experience iconic battles from the movies. You can pilot many different vehicles like the Millennium Falcon, X-Wings, TIE Fighters and Snow Speeders and you can even control AT-ATs. You can also choose to play with different characters from the movies like Darth Vader and Boba Fett and you can assist characters to fight for the Republic or for the Empire.

Star Wars Battlefront 2

The game will also allow players to get a sneak peek at Star Wars: The Force Awakens before the movie comes out in December 2015. You will be able to experience the events that created the massive battlefield of Jakku which features in the new movie. The Battle of Jakku took place on a desert planet on the Outer Rim after the Rebel victory in the Galactic Civil War, which took place during the original Star Wars movies. You will be able to fight in the Battle of Jakku on 8 December 2015.
