Amy Schumer is an American stand up comedian and actress who you probably know best for her hectic roasts on Comedy Central. She’s a real ballsy chick and she obviously doesn’t give one fuck; she’ll say anything about anyone, without taking herself too seriously. She recently posed for a piece in the popular lifestyle magazine, GQ. In the piece she is depicted in various states of undress next to beloved Star Wars characters and props, like Chewie, R2D2 and C3PO. As she isn’t a model but rather a comedian, it’s safe to assume that the pictures were meant as a joke and not as a serious and sexy shoot. That being said, I do think she looks pretty sexy in some of the shots and I do think the whole shoot is silly and sexy and fun. Her interview with the magazine is also hilarious (and a little gross as always).
But Disney doesn’t seem to share the sentiment, taking to Twitter to declare that it does not condone “the inappropriate use” of their characters:
