The masterminds behind the highly successful Rayman Origins, and Rayman Legends have been hard at work on a mobile iteration of their award-winning platformer, Rayman Adventures. Instead of releasing a new console title, Ubisoft Montpellier are tapping into the mobile market, because, everyone makes a mobile game now.

Although the game’s platforms have not been officially revealed, the press statement does mention that the game runs great on a Retina Display, pointing out that Apple owners will probably get this first with Android following later. The game is said to run on a “console-quality engine“, and at 60 frames per second.

If the trailer is anything to go with, the game looks amazing, and I cannot wait to have a Rayman game on my iPhone.
