It seems that Hulk Hogan will be skipping the next instalment in 2K Games‘ annual wrestler. This is after the news dropped that Hogan and the WWE cut ties after an alleged sex tape released in which Hulk Hogan used racial slurs that were caught on film.

2K Games said that:

We are highly respectful of the way that our partners choose to run their business and manage our partnerships accordingly. We can confirm that Hulk Hogan will not appear in WWE 2K16.

Since the official statement, WWE have removed Hogan’s merchandise, articles, and profile off of their official website. Looks like someone is in trouble!

On the other hand Arnold Schwarzenegger will make his appearance in the game for the first time in the series as the iconic Terminator. 2K announced that two Terminator T-800s will join the roster as pre-order exclusives.

WWE 2K16 is due for release on 27 October 2015 on PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One
