PlayStation have opened signs ups for their latest PS4 3.0 system software beta . This is the first time that Sony have ever opened up the beta to the public for the PS4 firmware updates, and is the first move in allowing the public to have an actual say in the process.
You will need to firstly sign up by visiting the beta site. You will need an active internet connection, and a master account for the program – sub accounts cannot participate in the beta. Beta tester will need to be able to roll their firmware back to 2.57 at anytime during the beta.
Once you have signed up and have been selected, you will be able to install the beta 3.0 on your PS4 and try it out before the rest of the world. Pretty neat!
