This isn’t confirmed and more of a suspicion, but we have a feeling that Britney’s back in 2016. In October the mega pop star Tweeted, using #B9 which we’re taking to mean she’s anticipating releasing her 9th studio album.
JUST finished recording some vox. LOVE this song. It makes ME smile, and I hope it will make you smile too… #B9

It’s been a few years since collaborators Jamie Hewlett and Damon Albarn have released anything for their group Gorillaz. But the wait is finally over with Jamie Hewlett confirming that the group will be releasing a new album this year.
I’m working on it at the moment, and it’s going very well. I’m very excited. I don’t want to say too much about it, but I’m at that phase of experimentation.
Lady Gaga has reunited with Mark Ronson to work on her next album which she plans to release later this year. Mother Monster confirmed that she will be releasing her fifth studio album in 2016 at the Golden Globes, saying:
You know, I am putting out an album this year. I won’t tell you when!
Red Hot Chili Peppers
This band has been around for ages and have rocked out for 11 music albums over the past 25 years. Front man Anthony Kiedis confirmed that the band is working on an eleventh studio album with producer Danger Mouse.
This group consisting of Diplo, Jillionaire and Walshy Fire will be releasing another album some time this year entitled Music Is The Weapon. Walshy Fire describes it:
It’ll have a few more club songs, a few more festival songs. But it’ll be in the same spectrum, just super-well-written songs with really great production that the entire world can understand.
The sister trio will be releasing their second LP. The sisters appeared on Zane Lowe’s show on Apple Music‘s Beats Radio saying that:
