Destiny – Crimson Doubles – PS3, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360

If you are a Destiny fan then you probably know that the Crimson Doubles event is taking place over the next few days. The event pits you and a partner against another 2 players in an all-out warfare of pure skill.  The game mode rewards players with 320 Ghosts, emotes, and pretty shaders. There is really no better way to spend valentines day than with your partner playing through a couple of Destiny Crucible matches.

Borderlands: The Handsome Jack Collection – PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC

Borderlands: The Handsome Jack Collection is a massive game that includes both Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. Borderlands 2 even has a specific Valentines day DLC pack included in the game that sees you help two people fall in love. How cheap and romantic. The entire experience is fully co-op so it makes for the perfect date.

Dying Light: The Following – PS4, Xbox One, PC

Dying Light

This co-op zombie slaying hit will make you feel so much better about being single or even in a relationship as you and your partner team up to slice up zombies and mow them down in a custom-made vehicle with flame throwers coming out of the rims. There is really something special about being survivors with the one you love.

LittleBigPlanet 3 – PS3, PS4

LittleBigPlanet 3

Although LittleBigPlanet has been around for a while now, it still remains relevant thanks to its themed content packs which are always in time for a special occasion. If you feel like you need some light-hearted platforming in your life, then LittleBigPlanet 3 will let you take on the role of Sackboy, dress him up in red, and strut through the Imagisphere with 3 friends. Hopefully one of those 3 friends is the love of your life, but if not, at least you have great friends.
