Far Cry Primal – PS4, Xbox One

Far Cry Primal

If you loved Far Cry 4, or anything to do with the Stone Age, then you should really pick it up this weekend. The game is set in 10,000 BCE, and follows the journey of Takkar, a caveman with the power to tame wild beasts.

He sets off to take down the Udam, a flesh eating tribe hellbent on creating havoc for those who just want to get along in the world.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare – PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360, PC

Call of Duty 2

Black Ops III is out and it’s the best things since oxygen, but the PlayStation Store is having a Call of Duty sale. This means that all the games are really cheap.  You can pick up Advanced Warfare, and the Season Pass for R800, or just the Season Pass for R436. We would recommend buying the Season Pass, as all the content is already out for the game, so it’s a pretty solid package.

Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 – PS4, Xbox One, PC

Plants-vs.-Zombies-Garden-Warfare-2

The game is set after the events of the previous game where the zombies won the war against the plants and turned Suburbia into Zomburbia.

PvZ is an all-out warfare against the plants and zombies as they fight over everything, even a garden gnome with a bomb attached to it. If you love cute plants and brain eating zombies, then you will PvZ GW2.

Firewatch – PC, PS4

firewatch-1200

The year is 1989 and you are a man named Henry who has retreated from the life of work and the city to become a fire lookout in the Wyoming Wilderness. Your job is to look for smoke, and keep the wilderness safe from harm. It is all about building your relationship with your supervisor Delilah, as you encounter challenges in the forest that will question the relationship between you. We reviewed Firewatch and we really enjoyed it. For R299, it is a bargain experience.
