The MythBusters first exploded onto our screens in 2003 when it aired on the Discovery Channel. The first episode introduced us to Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman, who we would go on to watch for over 250 episodes conducting more than 3 000 experiments.

After busting urban myths, Internet fan theories, movie scenes and generally blowing up stuff, the popular show announced that it was starting to wind down. There has been problems with ratings and viewership for a while, which is a normal decline for most shows and the team announced that they had anticipated the end.
The M7 Build Team consisting of Kari Byron, Tory Belleci and Grant Imahara were the first to say farewell back in 2014. But the whole team reunited recently to end off the show the only way these guys know how – with a bang.
