The Tarzan Challenge is a health and fitness program designed to get you into the ultimate, tree-swinging shape. This fun and innovative health and fitness program was created by celebrity trainers Terri Ann Krefting and Nick Hounslow. The workouts are inspired by the upcoming The Legend of Tarzan movie and features six, weekly exercise programs to master along with a weekly recipe from Chef’d.
Week one of the Tarzan Challenge features the introduction to the program, where the trainers introduce themselves and they explain that the workouts are designed to harness your inner human nature with the world around you. No equipment is required to do the 3-minute, full-body-focus workout.
In week two, focus is on building core strength.
Week three trains your full body and strengthens your arms.
In week four of the workout program you train your lower body.
Week five focusses on your chest and back.
The sixth and final week of the Tarzan Challenge finishes strong with a full-body, high intensity workout.
The Legend of Tarzan is set for debut in July 2016 and was directed by Davit Yates. The movie is a live-action adaptation of the legendary Tarzan characters originally created by Edgar Rice Burroughs. The upcoming movie sees Alexander Skarsgård portray the role of Tarzan/John Clayton III and Margot Robbie plays the part of Tarzan‘s beloved wife, Jane. Samuel L. Jackson, Djimon Hounsou and Christoph Waltz also join the cast.
