The comedian goes on to explain that it was the first movie he watched in the Star Wars franchise. Trevor Noah also reveals he “loves Jar Jar Binks“, which is probably one of the most hated characters in the Star Wars franchise. We also learned that Trevor Noah played The Phantom Menace video game, calling it “one of the best Star Wars video games ever“.

Trevor Noah suggests that The Star Wars show be opened and closed by Yoda, pulling off a good enough impression of everyone’s favourite Jedi Master. He goes on to explain that he would dress up as Chewbacca if he had to do Star Wars cosplay, joking that the lovable character would get lots of Tinder requests in Winter months. His Chewbacca impression is spot on, mimicking what he would sound like if you cuddled him. Trevor Noah further explains that he could understand some of the Zulu dialogue which was used some of the Star Wars movies and chats about his comedy world tour.

The rest of the show looks at Shanghai Disneyland and all the awesome Star Wars magic you can find there. We get a glimpse at this week’s Star Wars comics. The show also showcases the latest Empire Magazine cover story, which features exclusive Rogue One details.
