Unless you’ve been living in Newt’s suitcase, you probably know that there’s a new magical movie called Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them coming out soon. And you can have an Android wand to celebrate.

If you’re a mega magic fan then you’ll be delighted to know that as part of the build-up to the cinematic release of Fantastic Beasts, you can have your own Android wand. By using the “OK Google” command you can get an Android wand, kind of. The cool feature lets users use popular magical incantations from the Harry Potter/Fantastic Beasts franchises to perform certain tasks on their Android devices.

Your Android wand will let you say Lumos to turn on the flashlight and turn it off by speaking Nox. Other cool Android wand commands are Silenco which is a Silencing Charm, switching your phone to silent.

On top of being able to use your device as a type of Android wand, you’re also able to take virtual tours of some of the exciting locations that served as the settings in this magical movie. Some of the cool locations include the Goldstein Residence and The Blind Pig.

Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them follows the magical adventures of magizoologist, Newt Scamander (portrayed by Eddie Redmayne) who carries a suitcase around with him containing crazy and cool magical creatures. The new magical movie takes place 70 years before the events depicted in the Harry Potter franchise. Other famous faces to appear in this magical adventure include Dan Fogler, Samantha Morton, Ezra Miller, Jon Voight and Jenn Murray.

Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them is set to hit cinemas in South Africa on 18 November 2016.
