The 2016 Speciality Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show currently underway and the motor company took it as the perfect opportunity to unveil concepts for KIA autonomous cars.
Not only do the KIA autonomous cars envision a future when vehicles will drive autonomously but be tailor-built to our lifestyles as well. Each of the KIA autonomous cars sparks the imagination of what could be just around the corner. Also making its SEMA debut is the Telluride full-size hybrid SUV concept that was first unveiled early this year at the North American International Auto Show.
COO of KIA Motors America, Michael Spargue explains why the SEMA show was the obvious choice to unveil the concept KIA autonomous cars:
Over the course of our 22 years in the U.S. market, we’ve watched with pride as our vehicles have helped people live their active and diverse lifestyles. This year’s SEMA show gives us the opportunity to ponder what the future of living the autonomous life may one-day resemble.
An array of KIA autonomous cars and other concept cars are showcased at SEMA, each eschewing what we normally ask of our day-to-day vehicular needs to blaze a thought-provoking trail of imagination and fun. Each of these KIA autonomous cars has its own unique and innovative features which we hope to see become a reality.
The concepts for KIA autonomous cars joins the rest of the motor market that has jumped on the autonomous bandwagon. What makes these concepts for KIA autonomous cats stand out is that they were hand-crafted, adding an elegant and unique touch to each. This uniqueness shines through with the interesting way each of the KIA autonomous cars were named:
- Niro Triathlon
- School of Rock Grand Sedona
- Sorento Ski Gondola
- Soul First Class
- Telluride Concept
