Movie fights can be epic thanks to great choreography, stunt people, actresses and actors, CGI, and all that movie action we’ve come to love. Some movie fights are just so dramatically awesome, that we’ve got to watch them over and over again.

Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith

Not only is this one of the most memorable movie fights, it’s huge in the Star Wars universe.

This is one of those defining moments in the Star Wars franchise which fans and newbies can appreciate for its intense drama and action. It’s one of those ultimate movie fights that leave you with your heart broken and racing at the same time.

The Matrix

There are plenty of epic and mind-bending movie fights in The Matrix franchise. But we have to pick a favourite, and this is the one.

Trinity (played by Carrie-Anne Moss) is one of the most kickass characters out there, and we love how she gets the job done in the most beautifully co-ordinated way.

Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Part 2

When Harry Potter (played by Daniel Radcliffe) finally faces off against Voldemort (played by Ralph Fiennes), all emotions are running as high as possible. And thanks to the beauty of movie magic, this is one of those movie fights that looks really cool.

Avengers: Age of Ultron

Marvel movie fights are usually fought between a superhero and a villain. But one of the best fights of the Avengers franchise is between two teammates.

It’s when Iron Man (played by Robert Downey Jr.) busts out his Hulkbuster suit and goes up against The Hulk (played by Mark Ruffalo) because The Hulk’s mind is being manipulated by Scarlet Witch (played by Elizabeth Olsen). It’s not only action-packed, but it’s pretty funny too.

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon

This film is packed with some of the most beautifully choreographed movie fights ever created. One of the best movie fights in this 2000 film, is between Yu Shu Lien (played by Michelle Yeoh) and Jen Yu (played by Zhang Ziyi).

The scene has it all – incredible moves, realistic CGI, great weapons and all the action and drama we love to see in movie fights.

Superman III

Superman is usually battling a bad guy who wants to make Earth a less safe place. But in this 1983 film, Superman (played by Christopher Reeve) has to fight a more personal enemy.

While under the influence of Kryptonite, Superman splits into two personalities. One is the regular good guy, the other is a lustful and evil Superman. These two battle is out in one of the most entertaining movie fights out there.

Kill Bill: Volume 1

The Kill Bill franchise isn’t short of epic and dramatic movie fights. One of the most entertaining fights of the franchise involves an actual bloodbath.

Beatrix Kiddo aka The Bride (played by Uma Thurman) takes on some of the Crazy 88 gang and all hell breaks loose in one of the most entertaining and most brutal movie fights ever created, leaving most of the people dead and INSERT dripping with their blood.

Rocky

One of the movie fights that leaves everyone with all the feels. It’s the ultimate underdog motivational story.

Rocky Balboa (played by Sylvester Stalone) manages to knock his opponent out, even though it looks like he has taken too much of a beating. Leaving Rocky to throw his hands in the air like a champion.

Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring

Aragorn (played by Viggo Mortenson) is one of the best fighters of Middle Eart and delivers one of the best movie fights ever.

When the Uruk-hai descend on The Fellowship, Aragorn destroys as many as he can.

Fight Club

When the title of the film has “fight” in it, you’re sure to expect a ton of movie fights ensuing.

One of the most dramatic movie fights is between the nameless narrator (played by Edward Norton) and Angel Face (played by Jared Leto). This is one of those movie fights that will leave you with chills afterward.
