OK so I am prone to this lapse of judgement, the pitfalls amongst all pitfalls; the ever convenient stereotype. We use them and throw them around like confetti at a wedding, they just make life easier and yet we know that it’s so wrong. So it’s no surprise that stereotypes have made their mark in the online world, going as far as the intricacies of gaming.

First Person Tetris = Awesome

One of the classic games of all time - tetris - gets a new lease on life. Released in 1984 tetris has been played by millions worldwide. Now a Russian engineer named Alexey Pajitnov has totally turned the old classic "on it's head" by releasing First Person Tetris. Sony PS3 to get Full 3D Blu-ray

Yes that is correct - 3D Blu-ray for the PS3. Basically existing PS3 owners will be able to download a firmware update that will allow the PS3 to play the new 3D Blu-ray discs at full 1080p resolution. This is currently the only existing Blu-ray player that is going to get this upgrade saving users the cost of buying a new 3D Blu-ray player.

XBox Project Natal becomes reality

In Microsoft's words "It's a glimpse into a future where the Xbox 360 console is the centerpiece of any living room, and games, social interaction and communications are controlled with the wave of a hand." Basically Natal allows users to play games and interact with their Xbox with hand/body movements.
